IDENTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Texas requires notaries to verify each signer's identification. Identification must be valid, non-expired, and have a photograph. Guidelines set by the state of Texas can be found on the Secretary of State's website, and notaries are not allowed to make exceptions to these guidelines.

Please bring one valid proof of identification to your appointment.
